As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you will operate mill machinery, assemble veneer cores, maintain equipment, and support production activities throughout the facility. You will follow all safety and environmental procedures, assist team members as needed, and adapt to changing work schedules. This role requires lifting materials up to 25 pounds, performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods, and working safely on elevated catwalks as part of daily operations.

As a Machine Operator, you will operate mobile equipment and overhead cranes, support equipment maintenance and repairs, and help ensure safe and efficient production. You will identify hazards, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, perform routine inspections and lubrication, assist with raw material handling, and collaborate with mechanics and technicians during repairs and changeovers. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and working at heights or in confined spaces for extended periods.
