As a Service Technician, you will perform routine, preventative maintenance, and repairs on air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment at customer sites and provide a complete solution for customers’ industrial equipment maintenance needs. You will also troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs, test and document the proper operating parameters of the equipment. As a service technician, you will document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software. Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible to resolve technical problems related to Atlas Copco Compressors LLC oil-injected and oil-free air compressors and the controlling electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems at customer sites. You will also perform routine, preventative maintenance, and repairs on air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment at customer sites and provide a complete solution for customers’ industrial equipment maintenance needs. As a field service engineer, you will direct and coordinate activities involved in application, installation, and repair of Atlas Copco Compressors LLC products and controlling electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. You will also review and analyze technical data relating to product design and specifications of Atlas Copco Compressors LLC products to diagnose, resolve, and troubleshoot technical problems.
