Reach underused talent pools directly.
Veterans, WIOA-eligible candidates, and career-changers are flagged on candidate profiles. Filter for them instead of hoping they find your posting.
Go beyond passive posting.
Proactively message high-potential candidates, invite them to facility tours and recruiting events, and manage every college relationship from one portal.
For Manufacturing Operations Leaders
Build the bench before you need it.
Build a succession bench before retirements hit.
Upskill your current technician workforce and pull in trained replacements in parallel, instead of scrambling after someone walks.
Get college-trained talent without managing the partnerships yourself.
24 colleges are already in the marketplace, and Georgia's technical college system runs 18 tuition-free technician programs across 22 of them.
Scale across your enterprise.
One portal covers every plant and every open req, not a new vendor contract per site.
Employers already active include Toyo Tires, Georgia-Pacific, Shaw Industries, Engineered Floors, and Hoshizaki. You'd be joining a peer group.

Why fit wins
Fit beats volume, every time.
Manufacturing Georgia doesn't chase clicks. It delivers technician-track fit: every candidate is pre-identified by real skills, certifications, and coursework from Georgia's technical college system before they ever reach your req.
Manufacturing, one month (July 2026)1
Openings outnumber an entire month of hiring by roughly two to one. Hires almost exactly replaced losses.
Average monthly separations rate2
Quits rate: 1.4% (July 2026)
People are staying. There simply are not enough of them entering.
Days to fill a nonexecutive role3
For a maintenance technician, that is two months of a line running without the person who keeps it running.

Manufacturing Georgia doesn't chase clicks. It delivers technician-track fit: every candidate is pre-identified by real skills, certifications, and coursework from Georgia's technical college system before they ever reach your req. The federal numbers explain why that matters more than reach. Manufacturing was carrying 580,000 open jobs while hiring 288,000 people in the same month: openings outnumber an entire month of hiring by roughly two to one.1 In that same month the sector separated from 286,000 people. Hires almost exactly replaced losses, which means the constraint is not how loudly you post. It is how many qualified technicians exist.
Nor is it a churn problem you can out-retain. Manufacturing's quits rate is 1.4%, and its average monthly separations rate has fallen every year since 2021, from 3.4% down to 2.4% in 2025.2 People are staying. There simply are not enough of them entering. That is a supply problem, and a pipeline built with the colleges that train technicians is a supply answer.
Meanwhile the vacancy costs you time. Across employers, a nonexecutive role takes a median 44 days to fill, an average of 54, and for the slowest quarter of reqs 73 days or more.3 For a maintenance technician, that is two months of a line running without the person who keeps it running. Georgia alone opens about 1,440 industrial machinery mechanic roles a year.4 A standing pipeline is how you stop starting from zero on each one.
Manufacturing Georgia is not a bigger megaphone. It's a standing pipeline, built with the schools that train technicians, sized to Georgia's actual manufacturing workforce, and free to post to.
